We offer a 14 day exchange policy for any item of jewellery bought online, provided the product is returned unworn & in its original condition & packaging.
Please notify us via email of your intention to exchange the item before dispatching to us. Send your item back using the original posting method.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges on rings that have been made to your individual size on request, or on bespoke / commissioned pieces.
We will always offer an immediate and full refund for any faulty product.
Unfortunately we cannot be held accountable for any items that go missing or are lost in transit via Royal Mail.
